Solar activity reached moderate levels over the past 24 hours. There are currently 10 numbered sunspot regions on the disk.

Solar activity is likely to be moderate with a slight chance for an X-class flare on days one, two, and three (03 Apr, 04 Apr, 05 Apr).

IIA. Resum d'activitat geofísica del 2100Z-01 al 2100Z-02

The geomagnetic field has been at quiet to major storm levels for the past 24 hours. Solar wind speed reached a peak of 730 km/s at 02/1947Z. Total IMF reached 17 nT at 02/0729Z. The maximum southward component of Bz reached -15 nT at 02/0635Z. Protons greater than 10 MeV at geosynchronous orbit reached a peak level of 3 pfu at 02/2035Z. Electrons greater than 2 MeV at geosynchronous orbit reached a peak level of 543 pfu.

IIB. Previsió d'activitat geofísica

The geomagnetic field is expected to be at quiet to major storm levels on day one (03 Apr), unsettled to major storm levels on day two (04 Apr) and quiet to active levels on day three (05 Apr). Protons have a chance of crossing threshold on days one and two (03 Apr, 04 Apr) and have a chance of crossing threshold on day three (05 Apr).
